Don’t know about sectors or why Florida would use a sector system unless the space aliens from sector 12 got to them.
Actually after observing Florida politics maybe the aliens did take control.

That whole sit down and talk thing with the police before you get a licence sounds much better than what we have in canada. Here all you need to be is 19 with no criminal record.

I reckon they should introduce CASTLE doctrine,with a no retreat clause,in NZ.Would make the concept of self-defence so much more straightforward …
